Repairs

Most repairs include a 30 day warranty, we will resolve any issue that was caused during the repair or any defective parts installed during the repair. Any physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, modification, updates, or servicing by any other company will void all warranty and responsibility from Techify. All water resistant devices are no longer resistant after repair and will not be covered in case of water damage.

If a repaired device has not been picked up in 30 days from the day of repair, it will be considered abandoned, there will be at least 2 attempts to contact the customer in that time period. If a customer has not arranged an extended hold time or contact has been unsuccessful, we will claim possession of the device, perform a secure data reset if possible, use it at our discretion and keep any deposits made.

Parts ordered and on hold for a customer will be held for 30 days. We will make at least 2 attempts to contact the customer in that time period. If a customer has not arranged an extended hold time or contact has been unsuccessful, we will return the part to inventory and keep any deposits made.

In the event that a repaired device stops working or starts having issues after a software update or any software work done, we will attempt to repair the device if the warranty has not expired. There is no guarantee that the repair will be successful due to companies fighting against the right-to-repair and locking up repaired phones.

In the case of a unsuccessful repair, there will be a $30 diagnostic fee. If we had to custom order parts for the repair, the cost of the part will be added to the $30.

All solder jobs come with no warranty and no guarentee due to the nature of the repair, in the case of an unsuccessful repair, there is a $30 diagnostic fee. Solder jobs include mainly iPad charging ports and older android charging ports.

All water / liquid damage cleanups and repairs come with no warranty and no guarentee due to the nature of the repair, in such case there is a $30 diagnostic fee.

Due to low quality parts available in the market, we cannot guarantee or warranty any repair or job that includes customer self-provided parts. We have our supplier who provide us with high quality parts that you can trust.

Sales

Sold devices have a 30 day warranty, in an event of a issue we will repair or replace the device. You can return a device within 14 days for a refund with 15% restocking fee. If the device was damaged, abused, misused, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Techify, there will be no returns, however we may offer purchasing the device back based on condition and device.

Accessories do not have any warranty.

Returns

Sold devices may be returned within 14 days in original condition. If the device was damaged, abused, misused, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Techify, there will be no returns, however we may offer purchasing the device back based on condition and device.

Unlocks, restores, backups, and any other software related services will only be refunded if the process did not succeed. A service in progress may not be refunded or cancelled unless the length exceeds 14 days longer than the original estimate.

Repair deposits may be refunded on any uninstalled ordered parts for in-store credit.

Unused and in original packaging accessories may be returned for in-store credit.
